Prom night

Have you ever been to a preschool prom? The invitation said "dress to impress" so we borrowed Daddy's suit






This gave Leo the confidence to approach the girls




and run with the boys









It was, as they say, a magical night

Chicago

Before we were off to Chicago, Leo's friend Lydia, who loves to take care of him, got him to eat a whole bowl of cashews ("These are healthy for you," she kept saying.)




And we got to pet the baby chickens that Rive and Asa will be raising




What's the first thing to do when you arrive in Chicago? Get a Superdawg, of course.




Then you hit the beach with Grandma







and get some good Mexican food







And after you put in an appearance at a Linguistics conference at the University of Chicago
